View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Creative Studio OK.

You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion of your personal data or your objection to the processing of your personal data to creativestudiookay@gmail.com

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy, your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. I will respond to your request as quickly as possible, at least within four weeks.

How long will my personal data be stored?

​

Creative Studio OKAY saves your personal data only during the time that it is strictly needed for our services. 
Invoice data is saved 7 years because of the Dutch law of decided saving time for the Dutch tax authorities. (Wettelijke bewaartermijn van facturen voor de belastingdienst)
