I'm Sanne van Rijswijck, the designer behind Creative studio OKAY.

I graduated from the Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUAS) as a visual artist for games, specialising in concept art. Before BUAS, I studied at Sintlucas in Boxtel, where I graduated as a product, interior, & graphic designer. Additionally, I completed the Illustration course at the University of Northampton (UK). This was all to ensure I have a skillset as broad as possible that I can use daily to work on designs, in both 2D & 3D.

I'm passionate about design & illustration and love working on varying projects. There's something unique & new to learn each time.

I don't have a set "style" as I adapt to the requirements of each project. Following the creative flow is the most important part of my process. Projects should be fun & spontaneous with enough room for play to get the best results.

My creative all-rounder background ensures I have a large arsenal of tools at my disposal to work on projects, making sure there is always a medium that fits your needs.

What kind of projects can I help
you with?

The short answer: almost everything!

The longer answer is that it depends on what you need: a visualisation of a fantastical space, an illustration for a story, product packaging, or something else custom—if you can imagine it, I can probably create it for you.

In my work and portfolios, I often distinguish between two categories: concept art and illustration.

 â€‹

I primarily do concept art for the themed entertainment and games industries. Often (but not always) there's an initial idea, but that still needs a lot of shaping through visualisations and sketches.

This could be a counter design, a prop to decorate a room, a wall schematic, or sometimes even an overview of a specific area.

These designs often provide direction for something that will then be built in the real or virtual world.

I had the opportunity to do a fantastic internship with the

design & development team at Toverland, as well as freelance work for P&P projects.

I also worked on games like ATAN & Viking Hiking, which you can find on Steam.

You can find my concept art work on my Art Station and LinkedIn.

I do illustration work for both companies and individuals. This can include book covers, children's (product) illustrations, such as for puzzles, toys, or bedtime stories, packaging designs, cards & vouchers, pattern designs for wrapping paper or fabric, illustrations for special occasions, and much more!

These designs are often fully developed so they can then be incorporated into or applied to a product.

You can find my illustration work on this website in the portfolio.
